Guy Muswil-a-Tshibang is a Congolese qualified Medical Doctor with 24 years of professional experience, including as senior staff in mining industry and in the United Nations humanitarian system with the capacity to carry out and deliver as required. He has particularly long experience in corporate social responsibility for which he is an expert, with possibility to add value to the company by helping to earn and maintain the social license to operate. Guy has a long and proven experience in sustainability and humanitarian assistance programs.
Guy is a member of the steering committee of the IDAK, a tripartite forum for free dialogue in mining sector regrouping the Government, mining companies and the civil society for alignment on key issues and challenges that impact the mining industry. Currently, he is heading the Sustainability Department of Kamoa Copper SA, a joint venture between Ivanhoe mines, Zinjin Mining and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
