Dylan Mathews is the CEO of Peace Direct, a UK based peacebuilding organisation that supports local peacebuilding efforts in 13 countries around the world. Peace Direct’s work focuses on direct funding and accompaniment of local peacebuilding initiatives, advocacy to change the peacebuilding system in favour of local efforts and research on a range of issue related to local peacebuilding. Dylan is the Vice Chair of the Alliance for Peacebuilding, based in Washington DC, and a member of the Steering Group for +Peace, a campaign platform for peacebuilding organisations worldwide.
