Father Louison Emerick Bissila Mbila is a Spiritan Catholic priest holding citizenship in the Republic of Congo and the Republic of Seychelles. He completed his priestly formation across Congo, Gabon, Cameroon, Ghana, and Nigeria before his ordination in 2003. He holds a doctorate in theology and a degree in biblical philology from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. Since 2017, he has served as Executive Secretary of the Spiritan Conference of Circumscriptions of Africa and the Islands (SCCAI). Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, he also serves as Catholic Chaplain to the African Union Commission and as SECAM AU Liaison Officer.
