Mallika Joseph is a leading peace and security expert in South Asia, serving as Regional Coordinator for South Asia at the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC) and Chair of its Working Group on Climate, Peace, and Security. She is a Senior Fellow at WISCOMP and an Adjunct Professor at NIAS. Her work spans conflict prevention, mediation, human security, security sector reform, and regional cooperation. She has led major policy and research institutions, including RCSS in Sri Lanka and IPCS in India, and headed the National Security Studies Department at the Central University of Jammu. A member of the UN Roster of Security Sector Reform Experts, she brings deep regional insight and international experience to advancing peace and resilience.
