Nikki de la Rosa is a Senior Adviser at Climate Conflict Action. She has three decades of experience in political-economic research, programme management, and strategic advocacy, with expertise in conflict analysis and monitoring, conflict-sensitive economic governance, and multi-stakeholder processes involving business, civil society, and local government, particularly in contexts shaped by climate change, energy, water, and violent conflict.

Nikki co-founded the Council for Climate and Conflict Action Asia (CCAA), where she serves on the Board of Trustees. She was previously Country Director of International Alert Philippines and has published on violent conflict, economic governance, and smuggling. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. She is currently an Australia Awards Scholar pursuing an MSc in Environmental Management at James Cook University, Australia.
