Charlotte de Harder is a Programme Officer, specialised in polylateral governance for sustainable development and peace, employed by Cordaid - a Dutch development organisation based in The Hague. Ms. de Harder supports the Civil Society Platform for Peacebuilding and Statebuilding (CSPPS) – the South-North non-governmental coalition of peacebuilding organisations that facilitates civil society participation in the International Dialogue on Peacebuilding and Statebuilding (IDPS) & New Deal for Engagement in Fragile States. Through CSPPS, strategic and capacity assistance is provided in support of in-country interventions beneficial to amplifying the voice of civil society in relevant policy processes (e.g. SDG16+). At the global level, CSPPS coordinates lobby and advocacy efforts around conflict prevention, peacebuilding and statebuilding.
