Dan Schreiber is a Crises and Fragility Advisor at the OECD, where he leads the secretariat of the International Network on Conflict and Fragility (INCAF) and a related broad agenda for policy and action in emergencies and fragile situations. His professional areas of focus include adaptation to operational challenges in fragile and crisis-affected situations, conflict prevention and management, resilience, and coherence of across the "Triple Nexus". Before joining the OECD, Dan served as Head of Coordination and acting Deputy Head of Office for OCHA in the D.R.Congo. He held various prior positions as a diplomatic staff and a UN worker, in areas ranging from humanitarian aid to political affairs and peacebuilding. Dan holds a Masters in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
