Thalia Malmberg is a program officer at Human Security Collective (HSC), working on issues related to de-risking and the effects of counter terrorism financing measures on civil society. She previously worked for Women Peacemakers Program, researching the impact of counter terrorism financing measures on women’s organizations. She has a BA in Social Sciences from Amsterdam University College and an MA in Conflict Resolution and Governance from the University of Amsterdam.
